Steven M. Weiss, Certified Compensation Professional, is President & Owner of The Sharon Group, Inc. He has over ten years experience leveraging his considerable PC skills with new technologies to partner with clients in bringing exciting ideas to their compensation programs.

Steven has earned the Certified Compensation Professional designation from WorldatWork association and has published articles for Human Resources magazines regarding compensation and HRIS issues.
